Camera Angle Calibration

I have made a short video which demonstrates the new Camera Angle Calibration software.

This allows the camera angle to be accurately calibrated without the need for an accurate XY stage. It depends on the X and Y directions being independent, so, while not accurately knowing the distance moved, the direction of motion itself has precision.

Calibration would best be performed using a sample with fine definition features, e.g. sharp corners, but since the feature is developed for the bio-microscope, I have demonstrated it with a biological sample: a Lilly Of The Valley stem cross section.
