2TB USB to 32GB

Windows just reduced the capacity of my 2TB USB stick to 32GB when I used it to install Windows on a PC. When looking at the solutions to restoring the USB sticks 2TB capacity, a suggestion was to install updates.

It seems updating isn’t possible at the moment as I have an i7 processor. Microsoft want me to have 2 cores instead!
